Walking is the ideal way to experience the treasure-trove
of wildlife supported by the Southern Uplands.
The open wilderness and dramatic scenery is home to a rich
company of flora and fauna, with many rare and unusual species
including Pine Martens, Golden Eagles, Ospreys, Red Deer,
Red Squirrels and the Natterjack Toad. So don't forget your
binoculars!
